- Do you offer refunds? Generally not because I can’t, the funds are used in the production of the pins and other products Backerkit and other crowdfunding platforms are not used for profit they’re solely to produce the products being funded!
It’s not run like a store and you’re not “buying” anything you’re pledging to help a product be made and getting a reward for it!

I just moved and need to change my address! Please look in the email survey sent to you by backerkit! All responses are or should be adjustable until the surveys are locked, generally if you think you’ll be moving in the future months or are uncertain it’s a good idea to have the products sent to a place of someone you know is unlikely to move!

will there be extra pins Available later? The pins here are going to be for the most part exclusive to the campaign, I may have a couple left over which I’ll list somewhere for backers to have first choice and then I’ll open them to the public at a slightly higher price and once they’re gone they’re gone, some designs may return at a different size or colour but generally I want them to be super special and unique to those joining in the campaign!

Will there be more designs?
Yes, yes and yes! Currently due to my health as mentioned in an few updates I’m running a bit behind on creating new friends but I will be launching a big update with lots of cuties that will be able to be adopted. Please note I’ll do my best to include stickers for everyone but I may have to do some pins on their own for cost reasons but we’ll see!

Are the stickers waterproof / UV protected?
Yes! For the waterproof I always get the best quality stickers I can find I have some from a company that have gone through hundreds of dishwasher cycles and are still looking amazing. As for the UV i have run a couple tests in Australian summers and they do experience a little bit of fading over time but nothing incredibly drastic!

Shipping and tracking?
So sadly the prices for shipping went up so I did my best to offer what was most cost effective, some don’t come with tracking (it goes by the weight bracket) but I can put insurance on them for no extra cost which I will certainly be doing! If you want signature on delivery or tracking I’ll organise a special add on for that so you’re covered just let me know!

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
